RETURN POLICY

Due to our mission to create a more sustainable economy, we try to be mindful of material waste while being considerate as possible to our customers.  Please keep in mind that Loomshine is built on certain sustainable principles, which means we try ensure that products are purchased with mindfulness and care. The notification box at checkout highlighting our returns policy is a big part of this.

In general, we always accept returns within 14 days of the shipment date in which the item is received.  We will provide a refund for the full amount minus the original shipping cost. All items must be approved for a return first. After approval of the return, customers are permitted to send the item back to us using any carrier of their choosing. Customers are responsible for any shipping label and fee associated with a return.

Exceptions to our standard return policy include Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, 4th of July, Black Friday Sales (the week of Thanksgiving and the any sales the following week), and Holiday Sales from December 10th-31st.  During these periods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be issued. Please give 3-7 days for any online payments to be refunded.

We do understand there are always exceptions to the rule, and we do our absolute best when responding to your return request to be as fair as humanly possible.

Special Note:

Due to our background in events and production, we are strongly against the purchase of item(s), especially in large numbers, for a single event or project, only to be returned with the expectation that the business is meant to suffer the cost. We try to curb this, as well as any other wasteful purchasing practices in order to create a better outcome for our planet. As always, please buy what you intend to keep.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your items upon receiving them. We understand that things can break during the shipment.  If your item happens to be broken, please email us within 14 days and please include photographs to verify the damage.  Any report after this 14 day period will no longer be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT

We give our customers a two-hour grace period after ordering.  All cancellation requests must be submitted within this time-frame for a full refund.  Cancellations beyond this mark may not be eligible for a full refund.
